Acceptance
Spundle is owned and operated by Vanshita Garg. By using Spundle, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
What Spundle Does
Spundle is a content repurposing tool. It ingests your YouTube videos, generates short clips and written content using AI, and optionally publishes that content to your connected social media accounts. You remain the owner of all your original video content at all times.
Your Responsibilities
- You must own or have full rights to repurpose the YouTube videos you connect to Spundle.
- You are responsible for reviewing all AI-generated content before publishing. We do not guarantee accuracy or suitability.
- You must comply with the terms of service of any platform you publish to (YouTube, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.).
- You may not use Spundle for any unlawful purpose.
AI-Generated Content
Spundle uses AI to analyse transcripts, detect highlight moments, and generate written content. AI output may contain errors, omissions, or inaccuracies. You are responsible for reviewing and approving all content before publishing.
Service Availability
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may update, modify, or discontinue features at any time.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Spundle is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
Termination
You may stop using Spundle at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
